CBT Vietnam is a partnership between a Canadian university, the Canadian Development organization and the Hanoi Open University to create a community tourism training program in the Sapa region.
As part of the goal of CBT to connect the village and local homestays with incoming tourists and tour operators, they have developed a directory of homestays available in Taphin and Lao Chai. The directory represents the culmination of the project’s work in the Sapa region, highlighting the hard-working men and women from both the Red Dao and Black Hmong communities.
It is a directory, so just a list of recommended homestays and the traveler will have to contact the homestay and organize their own stay. They provide the contact details for each homestay, but not the addresses so the traveler will need to get that info from their homestay.
