These young people wanted to share their experience of the Arts to help the young people of Battambang deal with the trauma of war. Since then PPS has grown into an association with a network of schools providing community development by giving children, young people and their families social and educational support with a focus on the arts. The organisation believes passionately in the power of the arts as a tool for human development and social change.

They are located on the southern coast of Oaxaca State in San Pedro Pochutla. They offer rehabilitation processes, social inclusion, information, education and awareness workshops. Volunteers are needed to help run all aspects of the organization, as well in specialized areas of physical therapy and rehabilitation.
