    Techamos Una Mano works to use light-weight materials and new technology to solve the housing shortage issues in Oaxaca. Several government programs at the federal and state level seek to resolve the housing shortage in Oaxaca. However the large number of Mexicans in poverty makes it impossible for these programs to cover the total population in need. Construction volunteers are needed to help build homes.

    Tegar Oselling Monasteryis a Buddhist Monastery where monks study about different aspects of Buddhism including phylosophy, debate, meditation, religion and everything that compounds Buddhist monks way of life. The monastery has privileged location at the top of a hill around Kathmandu Valley, on the hill in front of Swayambhu Temple — close enough for if you need to do something downtown but apart from Kathmandu’s hustle and bustle, with privileged views from the valley and mountains, making it an incredible place to be with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

The foundation is currently sponsoring 20 students at our partner school, Wisdom Academy and looking to expand our partnership. We are also working in connection with local health facilities to provide education on HIV and AIDS awareness, as well as information about sexual health, nutrition, and sanitation.
