KOTO stands for Know One, Teach One and the cooking class in Hanoi is part of their social enterprise network in Vietnam.
KOTO’s social enterprise business model is a means to generate income to support the operational costs of KOTO as a whole to improve KOTO’s capacity to train more students.
Currently, KOTO Enterprise comprises restaurants, catering services, online bakery and cooking class. The idea is to create a self sustainable system, where KOTO can largely rely on its own resources and become less dependant on external funding.
