Enjoy a tasty meal or find a place to sleep at this training hotel and restaurant, which allows students to acquire real-life experience from experienced trainers. The food is gorgeous and prepared to be a high end dining experience at a more affordable price since the staff are in training.
Students come from modest background and receive free hospitality courses for 11 months from highly trained international staff. The food is bistro style food at lunch and a fine dining French cuisine menu for dinner.
You should absolutely make reservations for dinner. Note that the restaurant is closed in July and August every year.
Hours
Lunch: Tuesday to Saturday from 12pm.
Dinner: Tuesday to Sunday from 6:30pm.
