Started in 2011, Cambolac produces and sells high quality souvenirs, creating jobs for local community in the context of booming tourism in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Cambolac provides employment to a range of vulnerable populations near Angkor’s Park, including hearing impaired young adults.
Cambolac needs volunteers in four key areas:
- Strategic Planning consultant
- Graphics designer for E-Marketing
- Sales consultant
- Fabrication consultant
These are unpaid positions and should be thought of like an internship. The organization is very keen to welcome volunteers and will provide in-country support. Volunteers will learn hands on experience about social impact entrepreneurship in a developing country.
Duration
Volunteers are asked to commit a minimum of six months to the positions and the organization will help arrange long term accommodation.
Fees
Free but volunteers cover all their lodging and food.
